WITH over 21 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, Pia has built a career founded on passion, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
She began her journey as a beauty and skincare therapist, successfully establishing and operating her own business. Her entrepreneurial spirit soon led to an exciting opportunity to purchase a beauty school in Ballito, where she expanded her expertise beyond treatment rooms and into education.
Determined to provide the highest standard of training, Pia qualified as an assessor, moderator, and facilitator, and successfully achieved accreditation for the school with ITEC International and the South African Association of Health and Skincare Professionals (SAAHSP). Over the next seven years, she trained and mentored aspiring beauty professionals while continuing to develop her own extensive qualifications.
Today, Pia is a qualified Somatologist with additional certifications in Swedish massage, body electrics, cosmetic science, spa management, nutrition and three specialised nail technology courses. Her broad knowledge and experience enable her to offer a comprehensive, results-driven approach to beauty and wellness.
In 2015, Pia took over the salon at 305 Guest House, where she and her team spent six successful years growing both the business and its reputation for exceptional service. In 2021, she embraced the opportunity to purchase her own property, transforming a neglected house into the beautiful spa that clients enjoy today – a space designed to offer relaxation, professionalism and outstanding care.
Pia firmly believes that a successful business is built on the people behind it. She is incredibly grateful for her talented and dedicated team, whose passion and commitment are at the heart of everything they do. She also extends her sincere appreciation to the loyal clients who have supported the business throughout its journey.
