2026 marks a landmark year for IPSS Security as the company celebrates 25 years of protecting and serving the Dolphin Coast community, alongside achieving its fifth consecutive Best of Ballito title.

At the 2026 Best of Ballito Readers’ Choice Awards, IPSS Security was named Best Security Company for the fifth year and was also named Best Security Equipment & Installers, recognising the growth and success of IPSS Electronic Security.

“Five titles are humbling in a way that’s hard to put into words,” said CEO Frank Labidi. “Every award comes back to the same thing: people trusting us with their safety and us refusing to let that trust go to waste.”

Over the past year, IPSS Security has continued to grow through key partnerships, including securing Seaward Estate’s five-year contract and providing security services for Club Med South Africa, while investing in technology, infrastructure and control room capabilities.

The success of IPSS Electronic Security highlights the dedication of the teams working behind the scenes to install and maintain the advanced security solutions relied on by homes, businesses and estates across the region.

“Our technicians are rarely in the spotlight, but they do some of the most important work we do. This award belongs to them,” said COO Brennon Knott.
